Have an audio sync adjustment to fix audio sync errors in some conversions

Like mpeg-2 DVD rip to mp4 H.264/aac produces audio out of sync by about 0.2 sec, Intel GPU used.

Fix problems with installing virual audio driver

Don't auto-install your virtual audio driver without warning when the "Check driver" button is clicked, and don't set the default system audio device back to speakers when that isn't what it was before your driver install.

make smart-fit select 100% of the original resolution

Smart-fit will only select one of the selectable resolutions in the dropdown settings panel. DVD-Pal (720x576) to wmv will be 768x576 with smart-fit on. That is wrong!

Works great on my WIN7 Machine, on my WIn 8.1 it still got some issue(s) cuz it sometimes crashes when i download from youtube.
